The effectiveness and professionalism of an organisation’s first-line managers is critical to the effectiveness, profitability and overall success of the organisation. The role of the first-line manager is an intensely challenging one, and with the best training and coaching support it can become a rewarding career for the individual and enable him/her to make that essential contribution to the organisation’s success.

The overall aim of this training program is to equip first-line managers with the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to realise their personal potential to manage themselves, their people and their unit’s performance effectively and efficiently.

Experienced managers who wish to develop or refresh their skills and knowledge through exposure to the most recent developments in management ‘best practice’
Employees who have the potential and motivation to make a career move into a managerial or supervisory role

Course Structure and duration:

The course is divided into 10 modules; each module is ½ day duration. The course is designed so that it can be scheduled to run over 10 separate sessions, or it can be run as an intensive 1 week management development program, Monday – Friday. Schedules of dates and times can be agreed to suit your business needs.
